Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services in Singapore is seeking a Programme Coordinator with a background in psychology or related behavioural sciences to develop and implement programmes, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, and manage participant activation.

You will work with internal stakeholders, support training and wellbeing initiatives, review effectiveness, and help improve processes; 1-year duration, 42 hours per week, with strong English skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology or a relevant discipline.
• Experience in psychology, counselling, social work or related behavioural sciences is advantageous.
• Experience in programme management, coordination or stakeholder engagement would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programmes and supporting frameworks.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection and onboarding activities.
• Manage programme operations and participant activation.
• Organise engagement, cohesion and appreciation activities.
• Develop and enhance programme and volunteer management processes.
• Support training, psychological first aid and participant well-being initiatives.
• Review programme effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with internal stakeholders to provide professional support and consultation.
• Support other related projects and initiatives as assigned.
