Job summary

APEX WELLNESS PTE. LTD. seeks a proactive Wellness Development & Expansion Executive to support growth of our wellness business across existing and new outlets in Singapore. The role emphasizes team building, opening new outlets, improving operations and driving business growth.

You will collaborate with management, coordinate manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and ensure smooth handovers to operational teams while maintaining strong customer relations and target-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in spa, beauty, wellness, aesthetics, hospitality or retail operations.
• Experience in outlet management, business development or new outlet setup is a plus.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Hands-on, resourceful problem-solver with awareness of sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and monitor sales performance across outlets.
• Coordinate new outlet openings, recruitment and readiness of operations.
• Assist recruitment and staff development for existing and new outlets.
• Stabilise outlet operations and handover to the operations team.
• Support customer relations and resolve operational issues.
