Job summary

OGAWA HEALTH-CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking enthusiastic Wellness Advisors for our retail outlets islandwide. You will understand customers’ wellness needs, demonstrate products, and tailor recommendations to create a personalised shopping experience.

In this role you will drive sales through consultative selling, maintain strong product knowledge, and support daily outlet operations. Training is provided and weekend/public holiday work is expected.

Qualifications

• Passionate about retail, customer service and wellness products.
• Friendly, confident and comfortable communicating with customers.
• Sales-driven with a positive attitude.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customers’ wellness needs, lifestyle and preferences.
• Recommend suitable OGAWA wellness products and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and guide customers through product trials.
• Provide product comparisons and personalised recommendations.
• Achieve individual and outlet sales targets through consultative selling.
• Build and maintain good long-term relationships with customers.
• Follow up with customers and provide appropriate after-sales support.
• Maintain a clean, organised and presentable showroom.
• Participate in roadshows, promotional events, product launches and wellness campaigns.
