Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks an experienced Outlet Performance Manager to oversee multiple beauty & wellness outlets. You will drive sales, customer acquisition and profitability while setting KPIs and coaching outlet teams to hit targets.

Travel between outlets is required. You will collaborate with Marketing to generate leads, handle customer issues, and prepare management reports.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in beauty, wellness, spa, aesthetics, retail or sales.
Experience managing multiple outlets is preferred.
Strong sales, leadership and people-management skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Highly motivated, results-oriented and commercially driven.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the performance of multiple beauty & wellness outlets.
Drive sales revenue, customer acquisition and outlet profitability.
Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs and action plans for each outlet.
Lead, coach and motivate Outlet Managers and sales teams to achieve targets.
Monitor daily sales, conversion, package sales and customer retention.
Conduct regular outlet visits and ensure service, grooming and operational standards are maintained.
Identify opportunities to increase sales through promotions, upselling and customer retention.
Work closely with Marketing to generate leads and drive new customer growth.
Handle operational and customer issues and implement corrective actions.
Support recruitment, manpower planning and staff development.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
