CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee beauty & wellness outlets, drive sales performance, and build high-performing retail teams.

You will lead across multiple locations, coach Centre Managers, monitor KPIs, and partner with Marketing on campaigns and events, ensuring operational excellence and strong customer experience.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in retail operations or sales management.
Experience managing multiple outlets/locations, preferably in beauty/wellness.
Strong sales leadership and people management track record.
Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Customer-focused, commercially driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
