Job summary

LAN XIANG WELLNESS GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Management Executive to support daily operations, supervise therapists and front-desk staff, and ensure service quality and regulatory compliance.

You will manage rosters, training, and customer enquiries while coordinating with vendors for supplies. The role includes budgeting support, reporting on sales and costs, and assistance with marketing campaigns and promotions, including social media efforts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration or supervisory roles, preferably in wellness, spa, retail or F&B.
• Good organisational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lead and coordinate a team, and handle customers professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and able to learn booking/POS systems.
• Able to communicate in English; Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and staff.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays on a rotating shift basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, service quality and customer flow.
• Plan and manage staff rosters, attendance and leave records, and coordinate manpower across shifts.
• Supervise and coordinate therapists and front-desk staff, conduct briefings, and arrange training on service standards and hygiene.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints, and follow up to resolve issues promptly.
• Manage inventory of consumables (oils, towels, linens, supplies), place orders and liaise with vendors.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales, customer traffic, staff performance and operating costs for management review.
• Monitor and control operating expenses, and assist in budgeting and pricing reviews.
• Ensure compliance with licensing conditions, the Massage Establishments Act, workplace safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain administrative records, including staff files, work pass documents and company correspondence.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities and promotions, including social media and membership programmes.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
