Job summary

OTO Wellness Pte. Ltd. seeks a proactive Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Singapore stores, ensuring clean, well-organised premises and accurate stock, pricing, and promotional displays.

You will lead the retail team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets, manage staff schedules and training, and handle customer issues with professionalism while coordinating with warehouse and finance for reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and achieving sales targets.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
• Knowledge of inventory control and stock replenishment processes.
• Proven capability to prepare retail performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations and ensure smooth business operations.
• Lead the retail team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
