Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced events and programme manager to lead end-to-end corporate events, roadshows and community engagement initiatives. You will coordinate with branches, marketing, compliance and external partners, manage budgets, schedules and on-site operations, delivering engaging experiences that strengthen stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in programme management, event management, customer and community engagement, stakeholder management, or partnership development.
• Experience managing customer events, roadshows, workshops, outreach programmes, or community engagement initiatives.
• Experience working with government agencies, community organizations, industry associations, or external partners is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events, including theme, content, engagement activities, schedule, and speakers.
• Develop event collaterals and communications materials through online and offline marketing channels, including social media and brand campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (branches, marketing, compliance, legal, communications and branding), external partners, and event vendors.
• Logistics coordination & operations management, including venue/booth setup, IT/AV equipment, catering, collaterals, and on‑site operations.
• Manage participant registrations and attendance records, including post‑event evaluations and feedback collection to drive continuous improvement
• Resource management including project timelines, budget, inventory of assets, collaterals and gift merchandise.
• Manage administrative documentation and prepare management reports and presentations.
