Job summary

You will drive initiatives across business units, ensure adherence to the SDM, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope, time and cost to realize business benefits.

The role requires 10+ years in project management within banking, strong stakeholder and executive communication, and PMP/PRINCE II credentials as a plus.

Qualifications

• At least a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in banking, especially Private Bank domain.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification is a plus.
• Strong executive-level communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across multiple business units and manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, vendor relationships, and governance processes.
• Ensure benefits realization and report progress to senior leadership.
