Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Finance or an equivalent field.
• 10+ years of project management experience with product and operational expertise in banking, Private Bank preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Private Bank processes and investment products.
• PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership with independent, analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects spanning multiple business units within the Private Bank domain.
• Manage the full project life cycle end-to-end and ensure on-time delivery within budget and scope.
• Prepare detailed project plans and run day-to-day project activities, including governance committees.
• Balance interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs and report status to stakeholders.
