United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) invites an experienced leader to head Workplace Hospitality and Corporate Events within its Corporate Real Estate Services. You will manage in-house teams and outsourced partners to deliver high-quality hospitality and event experiences that reflect UOB’s brand and standards.

The role spans strategy, governance, and end-to-end service delivery, including commercial model design, cost control, and stakeholder engagement across IWM.

Qualificações

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Real Estate or related discipline.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience across workplace services, corporate real estate, hospitality or large-scale event operations.
• Proven experience managing third-party service providers and hospitality operations in a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional leadership within integrated workplace or real estate environments.
• Experience in commercial model design, cost recovery, or P&L management preferred.
• Experience in budget management, procurement processes, and vendor governance with strong organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of enterprise operations and service integration.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee HPW hospitality and events operations (in-house and outsourced).
• Ensure service continuity and high-quality delivery across all HPW environments.
• Drive alignment of service delivery models with CRES and IWM frameworks.
• Establish and enforce workplace hospitality standards, protocols, and scripts.
• Lead teams and third-party partners to deliver consistent experiences.
• Provide governance, risk management, and KPI monitoring for operations.
• Develop and implement commercial models, cost transparency, and P&L considerations.
