Job summary

MORROW Health, Singapore's leading fitness and recovery destination, seeks a Community Manager to build and activate MORROW's external community and advocacy ecosystem. You will develop relationships with KOLs, influencers, creators and advocates to grow awareness, engagement, visits and membership interest.

You will drive community activations, audience growth, and conversion, while nurturing relationships for ongoing participation and referrals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in community management, influencer/KOL engagement, partnerships, advocacy, activations or related roles.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, creators, advocates and external communities.
• Strong relationship-building and outreach skills, with the ability to identify, pitch and develop collaboration opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, develop and manage relationships with KOLs and influencers, identifying opportunities for MORROW collaborations and activations.
• Build relationships with creators, UGC contributors and organic advocates to generate authentic third-party participation, content and advocacy for MORROW.
• Identify and develop relationships with external communities, networks and groups to expand MORROW’s reach and introduce new audiences.
• Develop and execute community-led activations designed to drive awareness, visits, leads and membership interest.
• Own outreach, invitations and attendance generation for activations, and work with CRM/Sales to move relevant prospects into the funnel.
• Maintain relationships with participants and advocates following activations to encourage continued engagement and future conversion opportunities.
• Support community-led events and activations with a focus on audience acquisition and engagement.
• Develop and manage Ambassador and Referral Programmes to strengthen member advocacy and acquisition.
• Track community performance and optimize relationships, audiences and activation formats based on data.
