The Community Manager is responsible for building and activating MORROW's external community and advocacy ecosystem to grow awareness, engagement, visits and membership interest.
The role develops relationships with KOLs, influencers, creators, advocates and relevant communities, and translates these relationships into measurable activations and audience growth for MORROW.
Source, qualify, develop and manage relationships with relevant KOLs and influencers, identifying opportunities for MORROW collaborations and activations.
Build relationships with creators, UGC contributors and organic advocates to generate authentic third-party participation, content and advocacy for MORROW.
Identify and develop relationships with relevant external communities, networks and groups that can expand MORROW’s reach and introduce new audiences into the ecosystem.
Develop and execute community-led activations designed to drive awareness, visits, leads and membership interest, including open houses, talks, community sessions, experiences and social activations.
Own outreach, invitations and attendance generation for community activations, and work with CRM/Sales to move relevant prospects into the appropriate funnel for follow-up and conversion.
Maintain relationships with participants and advocates following activations to encourage continued engagement, repeat participation, advocacy and future conversion opportunities.
Support community-led events and activations as a secondary component of the role, with a focus on audience acquisition, KOL and community engagement rather than general event operations. Manage smaller community activations internally and coordinate with relevant internal teams or external event management support where required.
As MORROW’s membership scales, develop and manage structured Ambassador and Referral Programmes to strengthen member advocacy and acquisition.
Track community and activation performance across the funnel and identify which relationships, audiences and activation formats should be scaled, improved, or discontinued.
