Job summary

MORROW Health Singapore is seeking a dynamic Wellness Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Wellness Zone and ensure an exceptional member experience at every touchpoint. You will manage scheduling, staff coordination, compliance, and revenue performance, while building meaningful relationships with members and communicating the benefits of our wellness offerings.

A strong service mindset and leadership presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in wellness, spa, hospitality, or service operations management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with members, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maximise revenue through scheduling, yield management, and upselling.
• Oversee spa facilities, treatment rooms, and wellness amenities with safety and cleanliness standards.
• Lead staff, coordinate scheduling, and support HR onboarding.
• Monitor KPIs and assist budget planning and stock management.
• Ensure compliance with MOH, NEA, and other regulatory requirements.
