Qualifications

• 3+ years in wellness, spa, hospitality or service operations management.
• Experience leading teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with members, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Passion for wellness, fitness and helping people achieve goals.
• Service-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving and engagement.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Wellness Zone and facilities.
• Lead, coach, and schedule a team including therapists and operators.
• Partner with Membership and HR to drive onboarding and retention.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to the Wellness Zone Manager.
• Ensure compliance with MOH, NEA and safety protocols.
• Manage vendor interactions and maintenance contractors.
• Support budget, stock control, and revenue initiatives.
