Job summary

Healing Hands Chiropractic Singapore is seeking a lively Clinic Associate to join our forward-thinking healthcare team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage patient flow, schedule appointments, handle check-ins/outs, and support doctors in daily operations.

Travel to other clinics may be required as part of operations. We offer a values-driven culture, strong career progression, at least 14 days leave, complimentary chiropractic care, and a 44-hour work week with one weekday and

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment; willing to work on off days if required.
• Fluent English; basic Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries.
• Answer calls and schedule patients’ appointments.
• Manage patient flow; handle check-in/out and transactions.
• Follow up with patients and assist doctors in daily operations.
• Travel to other clinics as needed.
• Promote and sell treatment programs (commission-based).

• Providing excellent customer service that goes beyond your call of duty.
• Answering and making phone calls & schedule patients’ appointments
• Managing patient flow and multi-tasking
• Check-in /out patients and making transactions
• Following up with patients
• Assist the doctors in day to day operation.
• Keeping the clinic clean & presentable at all times.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Able to travel to other clinics based on operation needs
• Selling of treatment programs (Commission ranging from $250-1400)

Job Requirements

• Good interpersonal skills
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Speak fluent English, Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking associates
• No experience required
