Job summary

VLIFE (USQ) PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a passionate Therapist to join our healthcare team to support rehabilitation, recovery, mobility, and wellness across our clinical retail clinic.

You will work with Chiropractors and Physiotherapists, deliver personalized therapy, educate patients, monitor progress, and uphold professional standards while maintaining records and contributing to outreach activities.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Rehabilitation Therapy, Sports Science, Fitness & Health, or a related field.
• Passion for rehabilitation, movement therapy, fitness, and helping people improve their quality of life.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and strong professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Chiropractors and Physiotherapists to deliver rehabilitation and wellness programs tailored to patients' needs.
• Perform therapy techniques, stretching, and guided exercises to support patient recovery and overall wellbeing.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, exercise routines, and lifestyle modifications to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Monitor patients' progress and provide feedback to the clinical team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients by delivering excellent patient care and service.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and records.
• Support marketing and business development initiatives, including workshops, events, roadshows, health talks, corporate outreach, and promotional campaigns.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance clinical knowledge and therapy skills.
• Uphold professional standards, clinic protocols, and patient confidentiality at all times.
