Qualifications

• Attend to phone-in, email-in and walk-in enquiries.
• Schedule appointments for patients.
• Balance daily sales and manage clinic consumables.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors in the consultation/treatment room.
• Execute and administer New Patient procedure (orientation, basic health screenings).
• Explain clinic policies and treatment plans during Report of Findings.
