The role involves managing appointments, supporting marketing initiatives, handling feedback, and coordinating inventory and reporting. Retail hours and weekends may be required to meet clinic needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, wellness, or healthcare is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Lead and motivate front desk, therapists, and support staff to meet performance and service standards.
• Manage appointment scheduling systems and monitor customer flow.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to drive clinic traffic.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally.
• Assist in inventory management and supplier coordination.
• Prepare operational reports for management review.
