Job summary

BrainFit Studio Pte. Ltd. is seeking a friendly weekend front desk assistant to support our busy centre. You will greet parents and students, answer enquiries, and help with registrations.

You will manage payments, maintain online records, and keep the reception area welcoming. Strong communication and a positive attitude are essential. This on-site role offers exposure to an education setting and weekend scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 'A' levels or Diploma in any field.
• Demonstrate experience in customer service, especially within the education industry.
• Communicate effectively with parents and students to support their needs.
• Maintain a positive outlook and pleasant disposition when interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

• Learn BrainFit's programmes and processes to provide accurate information to parents and students.
• Respond promptly and clearly to programme enquiries via walk-in, phone, and online channels to assist parents and students.
• Process student registrations and payments accurately to ensure smooth enrolment and financial tracking.
• Operate and update Scheduling, Invoicing, and other online systems to maintain organized and current records.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming front desk and common areas to create a positive environment for visitors.
