Job summary

WeTalk Education Centre Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a friendly Weekend Customer Service & Class Assistant to support teachers, students and parents during weekend classes. This part-time role is for Saturdays and Sundays, 9:00am–5:00pm, with public holidays excluded.

You will manage the reception, handle enquiries and payments, take attendance, help prepare classrooms and assist teachers during classes. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, and experience with children is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to commit Saturday and Sunday 9am–5pm.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin written and spoken required.
• Friendly, patient with children; able to interact with parents.
• Responsible, punctual and well-organised with basic admin/payments.
• Experience in education, enrichment centres or customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reception counter and welcome students and parents.
• Handle basic enquiries, enrolment and payment matters.
• Take attendance and maintain basic student records.
• Assist teachers before, during and after classes.
• Prepare classrooms, teaching materials and equipment.
• Help manage students during arrival, dismissal and transitions.
• Support trial students and new parents.
• Collect fees and issue receipts where required.
• Assist with cleaning of teaching materials.
• Keep classrooms and common areas tidy.
• Support centre events and activities when required.
