Job summary

Gradiant in Singapore seeks a Process Engineer within the New Products and Innovation program to drive development, validation, and scale-up of emerging industrial wastewater treatment solutions. You will bridge bench-scale concepts to pilot systems and coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and customers to deliver pilot and demonstration projects.

Qualifications

• Design process basis, specifications, operating windows
• Experience with PFDs, P&IDs, 2D layouts and GA drawings
• Hands-on with pilot systems and scale-up activities
• Knowledge of technical risk assessments (e.g., HAZOP) and control strategies
• Ability to translate R&D outputs into manufacturable design packages

Responsibilities

• Develop process design basis, technical specifications, operating windows, and performance assumptions/claims
• Maintain and standardize process design templates and engineering tools
• Lead pilot system design, setup, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Conduct risk assessments and develop control philosophies
• Coordinate inputs for GA drawings, 2D layouts, and 3D models
• Collaborate to convert R&D outputs into repeatable design packages
• Support on-site commissioning and pilot studies as needed
