Job summary

binnies singapore pte. ltd. seeks a senior process engineer with deep expertise in water and wastewater treatment to drive detailed design, PFDs/P&IDs, and equipment specifications.

The role requires 15+ years in municipal and industrial process design, strong modelling skills (BioWin/GPS-X/SUMO) and excellent client/vendor coordination abilities.

You will lead HA ZOP meetings and support bids, testing, and commissioning activities for complex water projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in process design for water and wastewater treatment (municipal and industrial).
• Degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
• Expertise in water/wastewater process modeling and optimization (biological treatment).
• Proficient in wastewater modelling tools such as BioWin/GPS-X/SUMO.

Responsibilities

• Detailed design of process systems for water and wastewater treatment plants, including screen, chemical/biological treatment, desalination.
• Preparation of PFDs and P&IDs; general arrangement and equipment layouts.
• Prepare process equipment specifications and review vendor submissions.
• Lead meetings, HA ZOP sessions, and client/vendor coordination; support bids and commissioning plans.
