Senior Project Engineer – Water/Wastewater Systems

Job summary

Gradiant International Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Engineer to assist the Project Manager and Engineering Manager in delivering project management activities for water and wastewater facilities.

You will coordinate with mechanical, electrical and process engineers to meet schedules and budgets. The role demands strong technical, organizational, and communication skills with expertise in pump specs, skid design, piping, heat exchangers, and materials selection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering/PM experience in water treatment or related plants.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficient in MS Project or similar PM software.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Engineering Manager to optimize methods
• Ensure engineering documents and deliverables meet schedule
• Develop project schedules by studying plans and specs
• Prepare project status reports and trends
• Interact with clients to translate needs into plans
• Maintain project schedule and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and quality requirements
• Hold regular meetings and minutes
