Super Bean International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy for timely stock movement to outlets and departments.

Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting smooth stock movement to outlets and operational departments.
This role overseas warehouse staff, maintains proper documentation in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (ERP System), and ensures compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure proper handling and storage of food products in compliance with food safety standards.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency.
Monitor staff productivity and ensure warehouse operations are carried out accurately and timely.
Assist in manpower allocation and daily task coordination within warehouse team
Maintain accurate inventory records in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (ERP System)
Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly
Monitor inventory levels and highlight potential shortages, excess stock, or slow-moving items.
Verify incoming deliveries against Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO).
Ensure proper Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing in NAV
Coordinate and supervise timely outlet replenishment and outgoing deliveries.
Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
Update inventory transactions in NAV including stock transfers, adjustments, and GRN processing.
Maintain proper warehouse documentation for operational tracking and audit purposes.
Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams on stock reconciliation matters.
Coordinate with Procurement, Operations and Logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
Support stock planning for promotions, festive periods, and operational requirements.
Assist in handling supplier returns, damaged goods, and stock claims.
Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, food safety standards, and workplace safety regulations.
Maintain proper storage conditions and housekeeping standards within the warehouse.
Ensure safe handling of goods and equipment by warehouse staff.
Minimum NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operations or inventory management experience, preferably in F&B, FMCG, or retail distribution environment.
Supervisory experience in leading warehouse staff will be an advantage.
Experience using ERP Systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred).
Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
Familiar with warehouse documentation and system transactions.
Able to perform manual tasks and able to carry heavy goods when required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage to communicated with Chinese colleagues.
Must be able to accept 1 weekday & 1 weekend off.
