Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is partnering with an established retailer in Singapore to hire a Warehouse Supervisor for its in-house operations. You will supervise daily warehouse activities, manage inventory movements and coordinate order fulfilment while leading the warehouse team.

Responsibilities include planning daily manpower, providing hands-on support during peak periods, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency, with emphasis on safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant warehouse operations experience, preferably within Retail or FMCG.
• Experience leading warehouse staff.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, order fulfilment and daily warehouse operations.

The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with an established organisation within the retail sector to hire a Warehouse Supervisor for its in‑house operations. This is a hands‑on supervisory role where you will oversee daily warehouse activities, inventory and order fulfilment while leading an operational team. You will also work with internal stakeholders to resolve day‑to‑day issues and ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

• Employment Type:Permanent, Full-time
• Location:East Singapore
• Working Hours:5.5 days; Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm; Saturday, 9am-1pm
• Salary Package:Up to S$4,500 + AWS + Annual Performance Bonus

The Job

• Oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth operations
• Manage inventory movements, storage and stock accuracy

The Talent

• Relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
• At least 3-5 years of relevant warehouse operations experience, preferably within Retail or FMCG
• Prior experience in an in‑house warehouse environment will be preferred
• Experience leading and managing warehouse staff
• Good knowledge of inventory management, order fulfilment and daily warehouse operations
• Hands‑on with strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with WMS, ERP or inventory management systems would be advantageous
• Exposure to e‑commerce or omni‑channel fulfilment would be advantageous
• Possess Class 3 Driving License would be an added advantage
