Company Background: Global Electronic Component Distributor

Position : Warehouse Supervisor

Working Day: Mon - Fri (11am - 8pm)

Salary: Up to $ 3,300

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in line with customer requirements and timelines.
• Manage order fulfillment, including inspection, testing, and documentation to ensure accuracy and cost‑effective delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory through regular stock counts, reconciliation, and handling of defective returns.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures, investigate deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure warehouse safety, ESD compliance, and proper maintenance and calibration of equipment according to ISO and military standards.
• Supervise and guide warehouse staff to meet productivity, quality, and safety targets.
• Handle shipping coordination, export documentation, and compliance with hazardous materials and transportation regulations.
• Collaborate with Customer Relations, Sales, Asset, and Transportation teams to support international shipments and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment or process enhancements to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-4 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations.
• Supervisory experience preferred, with strong leadership and people management skills.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and quality standards .
• Diploma or higher in a relevant field; Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of shipping processes and related documentation.
• Willing to work in Singapore.
• Must be flexible to work extended hours (until 9-10 PM) depending on shipment schedules and occasionally support weekend shipments when required.
