Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the warehouse department at Tuas. The role involves supervising staff, liaising with clients on operational issues, and ensuring KPIs for incoming and outgoing goods are met.

You will plan manpower, manage costs to meet orders, and lead safety initiatives while monitoring performance and resolving inventory discrepancies. Process improvements and compliance with safety regulations are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise & lead department to achieve customer’s satisfaction level.
• Liaise with clients for resolving operational issues.
• Provide guidance to staffs' familiarisation in achieving warehouse operations target.
• Ensure KPI are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
• Planning of manpower, with cost implications to meet customer’s order demand.
• Take charge of safety in the Section and disseminate safety information to the Team.
• Monitoring employee performance and addressing performance issues.
• Identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Implementing process improvements to streamline operations.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Reporting on warehouse performance and identifying areas for improvement.
