HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations in Tampines.

The role offers a structured 4-day work pattern, with Sunday off and clear shift rotations, including day and night duties, plus meal and transport allowances. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in a supervisory warehouse role, with strong inventory discipline and the ability to lead a team across receiving, storage, picking, packing and stock control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Team Lead or Supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics or supply chain environments preferred.
• Good understanding of inventory management processes.
• Able to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and inventory control.
• Lead and coordinate warehouse associates to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock movements.
• Conduct daily team briefings and monitor productivity.
• Maintain warehouse safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Train and develop warehouse team members.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to support business needs.

Warehouse Supervisor | Tampines | 4 Days Work Week |Up to $4500

Looking for a stable role in Tampines with structured hours, great allowances, and every Sunday off? A leading company in Tampines is hiring hands-on Warehouse Lead to join their growing production team!

Attractive Remuneration & Perks

Salary: up $4,500 per month (depending on experience)

Shift Allowances

• 12-hour Day Shift: Additional S$12 per shift
• 12-hour Night Shift: Additional S$24 per shift
• Meal + Transport allowance: $16 per day

Work Location: Tampines

Rest Day: All Sundays are OFF!

Structured Working Hours

First 1 Month (Training): Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Subsequent Months: Weekly rotating day/night shifts (12-hour shifts: 8AM - 8PM / 8PM - 8AM)

4-day shift pattern rostered (excluding Sundays)
