Job summary

align recruitment pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee a departmental section at our Toa Guan Road facility. You will lead projects for improvement and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient warehouse operations.

The role involves manpower planning, safety training, performance monitoring, and inventory accuracy, with regular reporting on performance and ongoing process enhancements. 5.5-day week with OT and Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct a departmental section to meet organizational objectives in terms of customer satisfaction.
• Lead projects aimed at improvement.
• Communicate with the client to address operational problems.
• Assist new hires and junior employees in reaching warehouse operations goals.
• Verify that all incoming and departing operations meet the KPIs.
• Manpower planning to fulfil customer order demands while keeping costs in mind.
• Ensure safety and educate the team about it.
• Monitor employee performance and address performance issues.
• Identify and fix disparities in inventory.
• Implement process enhancements to simplify operations.
• Ensure safety rules and guidelines are followed.
• Report on warehouse performance and pinpoint areas for development.
• Carry out any other work-related tasks as directed by superiors.

Warehouse Team Lead

Salary: up to $3000 + OT

Working Day: 5.5 Days (alt sat)

Working Hour: Mon-Fri: 9pm-5.30pm | Alt Sat: 9am-1pm

Working Location: Toh Guan Road

• Assist new hires and junior employees in reaching warehouse operations goals.
• Verify that all incoming and departing operations meet the Key Performance Indexes.
• Manpower planning to fulfil customer order demands while keeping costs in mind.
• Assume responsibility for the section's safety and educate the team about it.
• Monitoring employee performance and addressing performance issues.
• Finding and fixing disparities in inventory.
• Putting process enhancements into practice to simplify operations.
• Making sure safety rules and guidelines are followed.
• Reporting on warehouse performance and pinpointing areas in need of development.
• Carry out any other work-related tasks as directed by superiors.
