Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Singapore-based logistics operations professional to optimize daily workflows and ensure SOP compliance across inbound, picking, delivery, returns and inventory cycles.

You will lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability in a busy warehouse environment. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Logistics or Operations Management, with familiarity in SOP setup and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Familiar with SOP setup and warehouse operations

Responsibilities

• Set up and analyse daily operational workflows to remove bottlenecks and improve productivity.
• Set up, implement, maintain and control SOP processes covering inbound, picking, delivery, returns and inventory cycle counting.
• Hold regular meetings with warehouse team to bridge communication between management and on-ground staff.
• Train and supervise teams on SOP adherence and monitor lapses, implementing corrective actions to foster accountability.
• Implement KPIs for pickers based on data like picking time and orders fulfilled.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal sales, warehouse picking and delivery.
• Allocate staff across roles based on strengths.

• Singapore Based (Joo Koon)

• 5.5 Days work per week (Mon to Fri 830am-530pm, Sat 830am - 1230pm (Alt Sat work))

• Min Diploma in Logistics / Operations Management + Familiar with SOP setup and warehouse operations

Job scope

Setup and analyse daily operational work flows and processes to optimize deficiency and productivity by removing bottle necks

Setup, implement, maintain and control of SOP processes (inbound / picking / delivery/ returns / inventory cycle counting

Hold frequent meetings with warehouse team to bridge communications between top management and team on the ground

Train and supervise various teams on SOP and ways to monitor lapses and implement corrective actions with the aim of fostering a culture for accountability

Implementing of KPIs for pickers based on data such as picking time, number of orders fulfilled

Tie up cross functional teams (indoor sales / warehouse picking / delivery )

Allocation of staff across various roles based on their strengths
