Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Clerk at our Tuas location. You will manage and process orders, oversee receiving and storage, and monitor inventory accuracy to ensure smooth distribution.

You will coordinate with admin and operations, lead warehouse assistants, and prepare shipping documents, ensuring shipments are cleared and delivered on time. 3+ years of relevant experience is required.

• Monitor shipments for clearance and delivery as prescribed.
• Ensure KPIs for all incoming/outgoing activities are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Working Location: Tuas Avenue, Singapore
• Working Day & Hours: Mon – Fri: 08:30am to 5:30pm, Alt Sat: 08:30am to 12:30pm
• Salary Range: $2300 - $2800

Job Description

• Manage and process the day-to-day incoming/ outgoing orders from customers. (Includes overseeing the receiving, storage and distribution of products and monitoring the accuracy of inventory records)
• Coordinate between admin and operation staff. (Includes leading a team of warehouse assistants for warehouse operations)
• Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
• Provide customer service support via phone and email.
• Prepare shipping documents and import/export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place.
• Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
• Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
• Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.
