Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a warehouse operator to manage daily warehouse tasks, ensuring GMP and EHS compliance, accurate material handling, and orderly inventory management.

The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and record-keeping, with a focus on maintaining stock accuracy and environmental controls. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse experience and may hold a forklift license; Mandarin proficiency to liaise with China-based vendors is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift license is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in spoken Mandarin to communicate with vendors and suppliers based in China.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations with emphasis on cleanliness, safety, and orderliness.
• Adhere to GMP and EHS SOPs during all warehouse activities.
• Receive, put away, transfer, issue and return materials; coordinate with planners to ensure stock accuracy.
• Perform material repacking and maintain repacking records and a clean repacking area.
• Inspect inventory for packaging integrity, cleanliness, and completeness.
• Monitor temperature and humidity; report abnormalities promptly.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and up-to-date cleaning records.
• Conduct warehouse inspections and maintain logs and records.
• Maintain daily upkeep of facilities, equipment, and forklifts.

Job Summary

You will manage warehouse operations by maintaining cleanliness, safety, and orderliness, ensuring accurate material handling, and adhering to GMP and EHS procedures to support efficient inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain warehouse 5S practices to keep the environment clean and goods stored safely and orderly
• Follow departmental GMP and EHS-related SOPs strictly during all warehouse operations
• Receive, put away, transfer, issue, and return materials timely while coordinating with material planners to ensure physical stock matches records
• Perform material repacking accurately, complete repacking records, and maintain a clean repacking area
• Inspect inventory regularly to ensure packaging is intact, clean, undamaged, and complete
• Monitor and record warehouse temperature and humidity, reporting and addressing abnormalities promptly
• Clean the warehouse according to procedures and maintain up-to-date cleaning records
• Conduct warehouse inspections as per procedures and maintain inspection records and warehouse logs
• Maintain daily upkeep of warehouse facilities, equipment, and forklifts

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment
• Forklift license is an added advantage
• Proficiency in spoken Mandarin to communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers based in China
