Job summary

Speedway Logistics & Transportation (S) Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Executive (Full-Time) to be based at our Changi site.

The role encompasses overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfilment, addressing client emails, maintaining inventory control, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. You will supervise picking, packing and dispatch, plan manpower, ensure accurate deliveries, and liaise with internal teams for smooth

Qualifications

• Basic English proficiency required.
• Prior warehouse/logistics supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Singapore Class-3 driving license preferred and forklift license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Plan and allocate manpower to meet operational and delivery requirements.
• Ensure accuracy in order fulfilment and timely delivery of goods.
• Oversee loading/unloading and verify quantities and documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, including stock control and cycle counts.
• Ensure all delivery documents are properly endorsed by customers.
• Enforce workplace safety and operational procedures.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to meet performance standards.
• Investigate and report discrepancies, damages, or incidents.
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties for smooth operations.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Warehouse Executive (Full-Time)

Location: Changi (43 Changi South Ave 2, Singapore 486164)

Basic Salary: S$2,800 to S$3,300, Transport/Mobile Allowance, VB, AWS

Working Hours: 5.5 Working Days, 08:30am to 05:30pm (Alternate Saturdays – only when required)

Requirements

1. Basic proficiency in English (Written and spoken)
2. Computer literate (warehouse/inventory systems)
3. Prior warehouse/logistics supervisory experience
4. Possess a valid Singapore Class-3 driving license preferred
5. Possess a valid forklift license preferred
6. Physically fit and able to perform hands-on operational duties
7. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
