Job summary

HAID BIOTECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Executive to verify incoming goods, supervise loading/unloading, and maintain stock accuracy through FIFO and daily cycle counts. You will record transactions and generate inventory reports for smooth operations.

The role requires a valid forklift license, strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, and fluency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking partners. A dynamic work environment is offered.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming goods against documents (quantity, packaging); perform random sampling checks.
• Supervise loading/unloading to ensure safe and accurate warehousing.
• Apply FIFO principle; manage storage locations and conduct daily cycle counts to maintain system-physical stock alignment.
• Pick finished goods per sales orders, supervise loading, coordinate logistics, and process shipping documentation.
• Accurately record all inbound, outbound, and transfer transactions in the system; generate inventory reports.
