JMTT LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Operation Executive to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order processing, and accurate stock control.

The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with logistics teams, and maintaining safe, compliant operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, strong knowledge of inventory control, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic WMS.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or inventory management will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and logistics operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple operational tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the operations team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records through regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and ensure all goods are handled and processed according to operational requirements.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse operation reports, inventory records, delivery schedules, and other relevant documentation.
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce operational errors.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve warehouse and delivery-related issues.
• Assist management in reviewing warehouse performance, manpower planning, and operational requirements.
