Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily warehouse operations.
• Monitor receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS/ERP systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of customer orders.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, transport and customer service teams.
• Monitor productivity and implement process improvements.
• Supervise warehouse staff including assistants, storekeepers and forklift operators.
• Ensure proper storage and handling to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain 5S standards and clean, organized warehouse.

Requirements

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution processes.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, or inventory software.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
