Job summary

JJ EXPRESS SERVICES is seeking a proactive Warehouse Operations Executive to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth processes. You will manage inventory, order fulfilment, and logistics coordination while upholding safety and accuracy across the operation.

The role requires coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, supervising assistants, and liaising with customers to meet service standards. Strong focus on process improvements and multi-task prioritisation will be essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management and regular cycle counts.
• Knowledge of warehouse best practices and safety protocols.
• Experience in ecommerce, retail or distribution warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control with cycle counts and audits.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, transporters and internal teams.
• Monitor productivity and ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain documentation for inventory, deliveries and reports.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health and security procedures.
• Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies, damages or delivery issues.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
• Supervise warehouse assistants and coordinate manpower deployment as needed.
• Liaise with customers and stakeholders to maintain service standards.
