Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is looking for a reliable Warehouse/Delivery Associate to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, goods movements, and timely deliveries to outlets, customers and retail partners. The role is based in an air-conditioned warehouse.

You will handle loading/unloading, maintain stock accuracy, and assist with maintenance and inspections. A valid Class 3 or 4 driving licence with a clean driving record is required, along with the ability to lift heavy

Job Overview

Support in daily warehouse operations, inventory management, goods movement, deliveries, and basic maintenance. Ensure efficient processing, storage, and timely delivery of stock to outlets, customers, and retail partners.

The role is based in an air-conditioned warehouse; company vehicles cannot be taken home.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse & Inventory Operations

• Perform warehouse duties: receiving, checking, picking, labelling, packing, loading and unloading goods.
• Maintain stock accuracy, storage, and warehouse cleanliness.
• Conduct stock counts and assist in company-wide stock-takes.
• Support in production and stock flow monitoring across outlets.

Logistics & Transportation (Driving Duties)

• Deliver and collect goods to outlets, retail partners, and customers.
• Handle exporting/importing of goods as required.
• Operate company vehicle safely and perform daily vehicle checks.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Equipment & Maintenance Support

• Maintain equipment listings and support inspections.
• Assist in preventive/corrective maintenance and supervise contractors when needed.

General Duties

• Ensure warehouse compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Superior/ Management.

Requirements:
