Job summary

ELOGIO ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Singapore to support daily warehouse operations, receive and record shipments, organize inventory, and prepare orders for dispatch with accuracy and care.

You should have at least an ITE/N-level or equivalent, training in logistics, and a valid Class 3 driving license. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with ERP systems are advantages; physical fitness is required.

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items as needed.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred (3+ years).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
• Organize and maintain inventory with clear labeling and proper storage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery with accuracy.
• Assist with loading/unloading shipments and coordinate with delivery team.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Report damaged or missing stock to the supervisor.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Support movement of machines and equipment.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Assistant plays a key role in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for handling inventory, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring that all our machines and products are properly stored, labeled, and prepared for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments (aesthetic devices, consumables, and accessories).
• Organize and maintain inventory with clear labeling and correct storage procedures.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery with accuracy and care.
• Assist with loading/unloading shipments and coordinating with delivery team.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Report damaged or missing stock to the supervisor immediately.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Support movement of machines and equipment.

Skills & Qualifications

• ITE, N/ O level or equivalent
• Additional training/ certification in Logistic, Supply Chain, Electrical/ Electronics (Plus).
• Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (Plus).

Preferred Experience

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience (3+ year preferred).
• Basic understanding of handling sensitive or high-value equipment.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items required.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems (preferred).
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
• Experience in the beauty, medical, or aesthetics industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of handling fragile or electronic equipment.
