Job summary

LUXURY VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily e-commerce warehouse operations in Singapore, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inventory, timely order fulfilment and excellent customer support.

You will oversee receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, supervise staff, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements while complying with SOPs and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant warehouse/e-commerce experience with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
• Good leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch of e-commerce orders.
• Supervise and allocate tasks to warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and timely dispatch.
• Conduct stock counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports and track key warehouse KPIs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support peak periods, campaigns, and promotional activities as required.
