Job summary

Lightverse Pte. Ltd. is seeking a responsible Operations Executive to oversee daily warehouse and delivery activities.

You will ensure parcels are received, sorted, processed and dispatched on schedule, coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff, and act as the main contact for clients. You will monitor shipments, resolve issues promptly, maintain SOP compliance, and drive improvements to delivery performance and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, delivery, or operations.
• Ability to communicate with clients, drivers, and staff.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and own issues.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure timely processing and dispatch.
• Coordinate daily delivery operations and resolve delays or issues.
• Communicate professionally with clients, drivers, and warehouse staff.
• Monitor performance, report issues, and drive continuous improvements.
• Maintain SOP adherence and identify bottlenecks.
