Job summary

Luxury Ventures Pte Ltd is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily e-commerce warehouse operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inventory, timely picking and dispatch, and smooth order fulfilment.

You will lead warehouse staff, monitor KPIs, enforce SOPs and safety standards, and contribute to process improvements to boost efficiency during peak campaigns.

Qualifications

• Diploma in logistics or related field.
• 2-3 years in warehouse/e-commerce with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organised and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP or e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch of e-commerce orders.
• Supervise and allocate tasks to warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and timely dispatch.
• Conduct stock counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports and track key warehouse KPIs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support peak periods, campaigns, and promotional activities as required.
