Job summary

Happy Together Pte. Ltd. is seeking a responsible Warehouse Operations & Customer Service Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse and order fulfilment activities. You will handle stock checks, picking, packing, dispatch, and post-delivery follow-up while addressing customer enquiries.

This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, works independently, and can manage a broad range of operational responsibilities, with training provided and a 5-day work week at our warehouse/operations site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, order fulfilment, logistics, inventory control, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail when checking stock and packing orders.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of daily operations.
• Comfortable performing hands-on warehouse duties.
• Confident communicating with customers professionally through WhatsApp and email.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, dependable, and well-organised.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems.
• Able to carry and move goods safely as required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Pick, check, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Ensure every order is accurate, securely packed, and completed on time.
• Coordinate incoming stock deliveries and courier collections.
• Receive, inspect, organise, and store incoming goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and highlight low-stock or stock discrepancy issues.
• Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Investigate missing items, damaged goods, and packing discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse.
• Follow and help improve warehouse procedures and quality standards.
• Work independently while coordinating with temporary or part-time packing support during busy periods.
• Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, email, and other online channels.
• Provide timely and accurate updates on orders, deliveries, and stock availability.
• Follow up with customers and delivery partners on delayed, missing, or incorrect orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain clear records of customer enquiries, actions taken, and resolutions.
• Escalate complex or recurring issues when necessary.
