Job Description

As a Warehouse Executive, you'll be at the heart of our exciting operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly with a touch of pzazz. You'll collaborate with our talented teams, both internally and externally, to create seamless experiences and unforgettable moments for our customers. With your coordination skills and passion for efficiency, you'll make sure our operations are as smooth as silk and our customers are left with smiles on their faces.

Responsibilities

• Gain excellent exposure to the Hobby E-Commerce industry such as TCG, Sports Memorabilia, Sneakers, Figurines and other exciting collectibles by managing all of our e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Amazon, Ebay) including our very own commerce website.
• Lend your rhythm to online order processing, shipping, and delivery timelines. You'll play a pivotal role in our order fulfilment and inventory management.
• Be the ultimate team player and collaborate with cross-functional superstars from marketing, sales, and customer support. Together, you'll create a symphony of coordination and execution that leaves our customers wanting an encore.
• Shine in the spotlight and build strong relationships with our external partners and suppliers. Your charisma will ensure that we always get the best services and rock-solid partnerships.
• Put on your designer hats by playing a pivotal role in coordinating and setting up pop up booths and showrooms across the region to promote our brand and increase sales.
• Provide excellent customer service handling all inquiries and delivery updates timely, escalating and resolving complaints while ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping our shipping and procurement policies by researching the best partners for our products, building relationships for collaborations.
• Additional related duties when required.

What you have

• Professional Certificate/NITEC and above in E-Commerce, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) will show us your dedication to the stage of warehouse operations.
• Your multitasking skills are legendary, and you can juggle projects with flair.
• Attention to detail is your middle name, and problem-solving is your secret weapon.
• You're a master communicator and can harmonise with our internal teams and external partners like no other.
• You know how to work the crowd, managing projects with ease using tools like Microsoft Office and project management software like Asana would be a great advantage but not a requirement.
