Job summary

You will drive performance, manage customer relationships, ensure compliance with customs and QEHS, and lead process improvements. Responsibilities:

• Lead the team. Manage warehouse and office staff to keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
• Deliver on performance. Oversee execution so service levels, lead times and customer KPIs are met consistently.
• Own the customer relationship. Serve as the key customer interface, handling queries and resolving issues quickly with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Keep compliance tight. Ensure adherence to Customs regulations and bonded or controlled goods requirements, and drive QEHS corrective and preventive actions to closure.
• Safeguard inventory accuracy. Maintain strong inventory control through cycle counts and annual stock takes.
• Plan your people. Deploy manpower to meet demand and productivity targets, track attendance and performance, and partner with HR on employee relations and workforce planning.
• Run a well-organised operation. Manage purchase requisitions, documentation and operational records accurately and on time.
• Make things better. Identify and implement improvements that lift productivity, efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of logistics/warehouse operations experience, with proven experience managing a team of at least 12–15 headcount.
• Proficient in SAP (WM/MM or equivalent systems) for inventory and operational transactions.
• Strong customer-facing skills – confident, responsive, and able to manage stakeholders effectively
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage a small team and drive performance outcomes.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills.
