Job Description: As an Operations Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our exciting operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly with a touch of pizzazz. You'll collaborate with our talented teams, both internally and externally, to create seamless experiences and unforgettable moments for our customers. With your coordination skills and passion for efficiency, you'll make sure our operations are as smooth as silk and our customers are left with smiles on their faces.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and operations for our events, from selecting venues to managing vendors and on‑site coordination.
• Manage inventory, track stock levels, conduct audits and keep products flowing smoothly.
• Assist in managing product listings, inventory availability and fulfilment processes for e‑commerce.
• Oversee order processing, shipping and delivery timelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation such as invoices, contracts and permits.
• Propose ideas to optimize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, sales, customer support) to coordinate and execute.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in E‑Commerce, Operations Management or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Excellent multitasking and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to harmonize with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Asana.
• Experience with inventory management systems and e‑commerce platforms is a plus.
