Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is looking for a Logistics & Warehouse Executive based in Tuas, Singapore. You will lead the customer service team to ensure efficient fulfillment of customer orders, monitor shipments for timely deliveries, and maintain high performance standards.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment and possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. This is a permanent role with a 5-day work week from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Hands-on warehouse supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer service team to fulfil customer orders.
• Handle customer enquiries by email and phone, including documentation, administration, and issue resolution.
• Monitor shipments to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing activities meet KPIs.
• Process customer billing invoices promptly.
• Prepare reports and data analysis using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Oversee section safety and communicate safety updates to the team.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Identify process improvements, develop SOPs, and ensure procedures are followed to improve efficiency.
• Monitor performance and quality standards and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Perform any other duties assigned.
