Job summary

Speedway Logistics & Transportation Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate order fulfilment, and maintain inventory control.

You will respond to client emails, coordinate with internal teams, and enforce safety and regulatory procedures while guiding a hands-on operations team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient with warehouse/inventory systems.
• Experience supervising warehouse or logistics teams.
• Valid Singapore Class-3 driving license and forklift license preferred.
• Able to perform hands-on operations in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Plan manpower to meet operational and delivery requirements.
• Ensure accuracy in order fulfilment and timely delivery.
• Oversee loading/unloading and verify quantities and documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with stock checks and cycle counts.
• Ensure delivery documents are endorsed by customers.
• Enforce workplace safety and operational procedures.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to meet performance standards.
• Investigate discrepancies, damages, or incidents.
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties for smooth operations.

About the role

Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfilment, responding to client's emails, inventory control, and timely delivery while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and dispatch

• Plan and allocate manpower to meet operational and delivery requirements

• Ensure accuracy in order fulfilment and timely delivery of goods

• Oversee loading/unloading and verify quantities and documentation

• Maintain inventory accuracy, including stock control and cycle counts

• Ensure all delivery documents are properly endorsed by customers

• Enforce workplace safety and operational procedures

• Train and supervise warehouse staff to meet performance standards

• Investigate and report discrepancies, damages, or incidents

• Liaise with internal teams and external parties for smooth operations

About you

• Basic proficiency in English (Written and spoken)

• Computer literate (warehouse/inventory systems)

• Prior warehouse/logistics supervisory experience

• Possess a valid Singapore Class-3 driving license preferred

• Possess a valid forklift license preferred

• Able to perform required tasks and able to perform hands-on operational duties

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
