Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a warehouse assistant at Loyang, Changi Logistics Centre. The role handles daily warehouse tasks, receipt and sorting of goods, inventory upkeep and packing for delivery, with emphasis on accuracy and safe storage.

Applicants with 1–2 years of relevant experience will be favored; forklift experience is an advantage. Working hours reflect a 5.5-day week and on-site location in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Forklift operation experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Receive, check quantity & quality, and sort incoming goods (parts and supplies).
• Store items neatly and accessibly in the warehouse.
• Receive and process incoming requisitions and issue parts and supplies for delivery.
• Pick and pack items for delivery based on requests.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock locations.
• Examine, segregate returned goods and notify relevant internal departments.
• Ensure all stock areas are kept clear & tidy for ease of picking and in line with safety requirements.
• Participate in regular stock-take exercises and perform ad-hoc warehousing duties when required.
• Liaise with forwarder, confirm delivery terms with supplier and provide invoice and packing list to the forwarder.
• Support in preparation of shipping / freight-forwarding documentation.
• Ensure world class customer service is achieved.
• Ensure compliance with company operations policies and procedures.

• 5.5 Working Days, Monday - Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm), Saturday (8am – 12pm)
• Working location: Loyang Way, Changi Logistics Centre
• Salary: $1900 - $2600 + AWS + PB (depends on performance) + OT (if required)
